Questions

Is the PDF the same as the free online dictionary?

The online dictionary at reracertified.in stays free to read. The Professional Edition PDF is the same terms in a book you can keep, with extras the web page does not have: the state directory, unit charts, checklists, section map, abbreviations and a page-numbered A–Z index that also lists Hindi and regional names.

Why is my name on every page?

The PDF is licensed to you personally. Your name and email appear in the footer and as a faint mark across each page. It lets you read and print freely, and it discourages sharing.

I am a course student. Do I pay?

No. It is a free bonus with every course enrollment. Log in and use the download button on your dashboard or on this page.

How do updates work?

When we publish a new edition, the same download link gives you the latest one. Course students get it from the dashboard.

What if the payment went through but I did not get the link?

Your download link appears on the page right after payment and is emailed to you. If neither reaches you, email support@reracertified.in with your payment ID and we will fix it the same day.

Can I get a refund?

This is an instant, personalised digital product, so payments are not refundable once the PDF is downloaded. If you were charged twice or cannot open the file, write to us and we will make it right.

Is this legal or tax advice?

No. It is general information. Laws, rates and procedures change and differ by state, so check the current official rule or ask a qualified professional before you act.
